Is International Travel Insurance or International Travel Health Insurance is needed while traveling abroad ?

Yes of course it is - you would be foolish to travel without it. Health cover is included in any normal travel policy.

You must very very clear and honest about where you are going and what type of activities you intend doing otherwise you could have problems. It it is essential. Make sure you take thebest you can get. I call it grudge money. If you take it you won't need it. Don't take it and you will have provlems

I may be seen as a bit pedantic but I would not agree that it is essential or necessary (in that you cannot travel without it). It is certainly highly desirable and huge problems can ensue if a traveller is taken ill or has an accident whilst abroad.
