Fire Alarm problem

We have a fire alarm for our house of 14 flats. There is a central fire alarm, for which the control panel is in the hall near the front door.
For the last three days the panel has beeped every three seconds and hasn't stopped. This has happened before and I assume each time it happens somebody calls the landlord to get it switched of.
I can't contact the landlord at the moment, so I want to try to stop, or reset the panel myself.
There is a key in the panel which you can switch to Arm, but I don't want all the alarms going off. Is there an easy way of resetting the panel?
It's a Firesafe fpm4-12

thanks

its most probably bleeping because of a fault in one of the zones, its best to call the engineer so they can service the problem as it might be one of the smoke heads that needs fixing
i wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, if you do something that renders this alarm inactive you will be responsible for any fire / deaths that may occur because of your actions,
contact some authority see what they advise about it if you cant get hold of the landlord,

Thanks for your advice - I think the landlord has been round as the beeping has stopped. It's such a relief!
