Sony Ericsson w995 album art.

I got a w995 sony Ericsson phone the other day and I've put a few albums onto it. I did this by connecting via USB and opening the phones memory card and copying from my PC onto the phone card. All the albums are playing properly and are all grouped properly by artist, album etc. but I have noticed that certain albums, when they are playing show a picture of the album but others do not. All the folders that I've transferred over only contain the songs and I didn't see any album art jpgs so I don't know why some show the album art and others don't. As far as I can remember all the alums where converted to mp3 the same way using Sony Connect mp3 software. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
