Not had this problem with our Bosch Washer, but did get nasty black mouldy stuff in the flush tank of my caravan loo. Fixed it with Miltons disinfentant. Can't promise anything for you washer, but it my clean the gungy mould off and then make sure you wipe the door seal to make it dry. Hope this helps.
