There are plenty of legitimate software packages that allow you to monitor messenger chat logs etc.There are also completely illegal and unethical virus software/keyloggers that allow the same and more.Why would you want to monitor what someone else is typing on a PC?

There is a spy program but i cant think of the name of it but if it is on your computer and you hold down - Ctrl, Alt, Shift,P it will open and as I was typing that i remembered it was called golden eye
