How it Works

Sending texts to Australia

Australian mobile numbers only have 10 digits, how can I send a text when ours have 11 digits?
Tried sending it with 10 but it didn't work!
Any ideas?

Are you including the COUNTRY number in front of the mobile number.

For example to send a text to the UK you have to put 44 in front (and leave out the first zero as well I think).

Try looking on your providers web site for advice.

Thanks both of you ! I didn't realise that you still had to put a code in front of it like you do with an ordinary phone.
I have put 0061 in front and it works a treat !
