Try clicking on the pcture and dragging it and see if you can get some arrow marks at the corners or on the side, Keep dragging on these until you get the picture down to size. When you have reduced it then pull it into shape. If it is too long go to the bottom or top and drag down. If it is too narrow then drag from the side. Hope this works.

Hi Bettypat, Therema, well none of those worked, shrink pictures did just that shrink the whole original picture, it did not allow me to see the content of the picture?. I downloaded the pictures from my mobile into 'my pictures' on my pc, but they appear so blown up as the actual content of the pictures cannot be seen, and some appear to be just black, Anyone able to assist me? would be most ghrateful.I am now at a loss, I have all these pics and unable to see them, only on my mobile of course?

right click each pic and press edit, they should open up in a paint programme.click on the word image and scroll down to sketch/skew.then in the horizontal and vetircal box put 50 in each box and press ok,you can repeat that process and you will see the photo reduce in size..then if you are happy with the size press click on the file button and save as(name of photo and where you want to save it too.) ie documents ,desktop or make a new folder.
