Samsung E530 FIle Manager

I got a cd with my Samsung E530 phone,called Samsung PC Studio II, which allowed me to transfer songs, photos, videos from my phone to computer, and visa versa. However, whenever I start the program a message comes up saying, "Cannot open port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch it online."

My phone is on and plugged in.

Any help?
