McCulloch Titan two stroke petrol strimmer adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the carburettor on this type of strimmer. It is fuelled by 40:1 two stroke. I'm about to make up a new mix of 2 stroke and will probably need to retune the carb for the new batch. Any simple techno nerd answer will be rewarded in heaven. Thanks in anticipation. ........
