i am 63 and have not had the heating allowance how do i go about getting it

Do you mean the Winter Fuel Payment? If so, the deadline for claims was 30th March although you can call their helpline on 08459 15 15 15.

If you mean something else, can you explain more clearly please.

And have your National Insurance number to hand when you call.
