Film title please

Film, The title is something like Con Inc. where an innocent share trader is sent to prison for insider trading, inside he helps to set up a fully functional stock market trading place to help fellow inmates and their families. The corrupt warden ends up finding out about it and wants a piece of the action and after a sting operation by the inmates ends up in prison himself

that sounds a little like the shawshank redemption (great film)
