Candle Wax on my cat

Please help! - My cat knocked over my candle warmer and the candle wax is all over his fur. How do I get the candle wax off of him (without having to shave him) Luckily his skin wasn't burned. THANKS!!

Put cat in freezer overnight, in the morning the wax will be so hard it becomes brittle and will break of and the bonus!!, your cat wont knock over anymore candles. Sorted!!

I have to admit that I was tempted to give the same answer as RATTER, but I was good. My two cats would never have forgiven me.

THanks for your advice. I used the ice and trimmed alot of it. He is greasy and I am giving him baths using Dawn Dishwashing soap. We're getting there! Thanks again!
