Il stay here thanks and hope il get my question answered - i dont want to know how to repair it myself , just asking if anyone has used british gas for repairs : )
Is the pilot light on?

What's the pressure?
I would say British Gas would probably charge you more than a plumber out of the local paper

Either way you`ll end up paying through the nose

No lights on ummmm, i can hear the pump but it wont fire up, the pressure is ok, ive always kept my eye on the pressure..
I wouldn't bother with BG
I've got a BG service contract for my combi and they have always done a good job on the odd occasion when I've had a problem with it.
