What's the difference between an electric shaver and a regular one?

If you like using an electric one, that's fine, but you get a better smoother and closer shave with a wet razor. I would never use electric now, But I used to use a Phillips thingy..Fine with younger folk with downy fluff just started shaving, but personally I think it's better to switch. Ask the ladies in CB what they think, they'll soon tell you...

I use an electric as an emergency, but I find it tedious to use, quite uncomfortable as it pulls the hairs, and it usually leaves a rash and an uncomfortable feeling. Wet shaving, if you prepare properly and take your time, is far better, gives a better result, and feels cleaner.

electric razor? I'd be better off using an angle grinder!!

As Snap and Andy say you can't beat a wet one, just don't stand to close

electric ones are much more convenient ( quicker, no need for water and foam )

but the "wet" ones give a closer shave
