Does anyone know how I could contact the REVEL company? They make kitchen appliances.
Not to be confused with Revell, the plastic kit manufacturer.

I think that you might be out of luck with this one.
I've waded through all of the listings for companies who've registered 'Revel' as a UK trademark and, while there are manufacturers of loudspeakers, computer software, bicycle parts and countless other things mentioned there, none of them relate to kitchen appliances.
I've also search through about 20 pages of Google results (searching for 'revel manual') to see if I could get the details from the contents of a relevant user manual but, again, without any luck.
It seems likely that there is no actual manufacturer of kitchen appliances called 'Revel'. It's simply a brand name that an importer has given to appliances sourced from many different suppliers. (As an analogy, Tesco stock lots of electrical goods which appear to be made by Technika but there isn't actually any firm with that name. Tesco simply orders items from lots of different Chinese suppliers and instructs them all to badge them as 'Technika' products. Asda does the same thing with 'Durabrand').

However clicking through from his link shows that the relevant US trademark registration lapsed nearly 20 years ago

and a web search for 'Revel, Inc' finds only a business consultancy company using that name these days.
So, unless Rccatnap has a very elderly appliance, I'd regard it as no more than coincidental that there used to be a US manufacturer of kitchen appliances with that name.

Taking 'revel the modern masterpiece' from your post, and putting it into Google, finds some more recent references to the trademark but still just with what appears to be the 'registered office' address of Revel, Inc, rather than of any manufacturing facility.

I seem to have preceded you on these searches and come to the same conclusion(s).
I have in my kitchen a perfectly operational Revel BC400 blender/liquidiser that has its plastic jug beginning to craze, which will need replacing in the not too distant future. Buying a new complete unit seems so wasteful. Some suppliers have a few Revel parts, but nothing near what I need. Ah well! Sigh!

Frigidaire manufactured a blender with the model number FCLBC400. If your blender looks like this

it's probably the Frigidaire model that's been rebranded. Just to confuse matters though, Electrolux (which owns the Frigidaire brand name) only uses the 'Frigidaire' name for fridges in the UK. (In the USA it's used for small kitchen appliances as well). So, if that is the correct model of blender, it's not clear whether you'd need to contact Frigidaire or Electrolux.
