I have bought a black yoro pen, it comes with a transparent cap in the nib,
can anyone help me, I can't find a way of getting the cap off...
any help appreciated,..

Yep there's a video showing how to use it, and at the start she just pulls the cap off.

The pen I have isn't like that, it's got a see through plastic cap on, if you twist it or pull it,all the insides of pen come apart , I must be the only person to have this type of pen, shame I can't post a photo,

Take a close look, is the top and body sealed together with a kind of cellotape.

I rather doubt you are the only person to have that model of pen , get an image from Google of the model and copy and paste it here.
