There are no limits - as long as you can satisfy the Customs Officer if asked "are they for your own use"

If it's in your hand luggage, as many as you can carry. There's no legal limit (so long as we stay in the EU) but if you go completely overboard customs might like to know why. Overboard would mean a van-load and you'd have to show that they were for your own consumption.

As shown by grasscarp above 800 you may be asked to defend that they're just for your use but there is no actual limit within the EU. A caseful would look decidedly dodgy.
