How you all doing?
Me not too bad, just in bed with a nasty chest infection, but I have my personal chest warmer (Phoebe - cat) keeping me warm and company - just wish she would stay at peace...I hope she does long enough to let me watch a DVD :)
Enjoy the rest of your day

Will try that Georgiesmum, I already drink orange juice and take a multi vit but I'll give taking a bit more vit c a go. Not had a chest infection for a long time..originally thought it was my tonsils but no, they are being good - for once!

I used to buy tablets called, I think, 'Coldrex' - vitamin C and calcium. They shortened colds to about 5/6 days - honestly.
Me, I'm fine, silly, peffy cough which won't go and an aching left arm because I had my 'flu vaccination today (happened to be at the surgery asking about the times of the 'flu clinics and the nurse popped her head in and said she'd 'do' me on the spot). If last year is anything to go by, my temp. will start to go up in a bit. As long as it works (unlike last year ;( )!

I'm taking paracetamol at the moment. I've been on loads of painkillers as I'm awaiting a tooth removal and I'm due my visit so I'm trying to be sensible about what I take for now.
Not heard of that jourdain but will have a look, mum is wanting me to get on berocca and echinacea.
Sadly not no anne, they are really fussy about antibiotics but if I don't improve or my chest gets worse I will go and get seen - promise. I've not even had antibiotics for my toe for nearly 2 months - yay!
