Have a fund of 100000 invested at 5% interest per annum fixed forever (payable at end of each year), wish to take/draw 10000 at the end of each year, need to see the amount left of the fund at the end of each year (so a list from year 1 down to year x when the funds run out). Thanks.

In cell A1 enter 100000

In cell A2 type =(A1*1.05)-10000

This will calculate the amount of your fund remaining after 5% interest has been added and after you have taken your £10k

Copy the contents of cell A2 down as far as you like (but your fund will exhaust after 15 years).
