bought an alcatel one touch tribe 358 second hand but no instructions and my friend sent me a picture but am unable to view so i suspect that i need to set it up to send and receive them so any help is appreciated. i did try to look at their website but it crashed and i am also not very up gadgets so the easier explanation the better and thanx if you can help

To get my phone (a samsung) to receive pictures I had to arrange it with my provider/account (Vodafone) rather than the phone settings.

Contact your provider and they will send the settings to the phone via text message, you then save those to the phone and it should be all systems go from then.

silly me i thought it was something that i had to do to the phone rather than provider which is ee, so does this also cover mms?
