Hi,
When did you last have an ultrasound or CT? The reason I ask is because I occasionally suffer similar symptoms, just not at any specific time though. Having recently had pancreatitis and several attacks afterwards (including necrotic pancreas) I also suffer nausea (and if not on large doses of medication I do actually vomit) and occasionally diarrhea. The doctors have put this down to the pseudo cyst that I currently have.
I don't suffer any pain either apart from stomach upset - however I am on a large dose of painkillers.
Maybe it could be something as simple and treatable as that?
