Had My Smart Phone Upgraded And Activated By Orange Yesterday. However...

I can make ougoing calls on it and send texts etc. but cant receive incoming calls. Is there something wrong the phone do you think or is it something I've done?

That sounds like a fault on the EE's (=Orange's) system.

If your phone will allow it, call 150 to report it if you're on a monthly contract, or 450 if you're using pay-as-you-go.

Otherwise use a landline to call 07973 100 150 if you're on a contract or 07973 100 450 if you're using PAYG.
Or maybe with the handset. Unless you have it set to divert all (not going to voicemail are they ?) then contact Orange anyway.
this happened to my nephew it was something to do with a default setting can't remember the detail..he phoned the shop and they told him what to do..it was something simple
think it was something to do with divert as og said...
