Can read the word Latest, but not the word Post. (Latest Posts)

Do you mean ctrl + 0 Juno? it didnt work, cant slide over to see posts.

that's what I meant, it sets your type at normal size (I thought your page might have been enlarged a bit by accident). Another possibility is if your picture isn't full-screen - usually the second of the three little icons on the top right hand side (one to hide, one to toggle between full and part size, one to exit)
