Black & White to Colour!

When I turn my televison on it's in b&w. When I press 'source' it turns to colour...What have I done and how do I rectify it?...Thanks.x

maybe the initial tuning is off, and you just need to reset it

yes i would go to auto tune channel set up and do that again
although it seems strange this should happen on digital tv
it was a common on analogue?

I have a colour photo that I want to get enlarged and converted to Black & White.  Is there any free software that allows colour photos to be converted?

Black and White Photo - What colour???!!

Can anyone tell me a way of finding out the colour of bridesmaids dresses on a black and white photo? I know there is a way as it's been on TV when they have coloured old b & w celluloid etc...

Is it possible to convert black and white photos into colour using Photoshop? Has anyone done it? TIA.
