Problem using Super converter to convert to mp3.

I'm trying to use Super to convert an mp4 video to mp3 audio only with a few videos. I tried last night and it worked with one video but not the rest. Today it is not working with any of the videos, including the one that worked last night. Does anyone know what may be going wrong?

It worked when I tried to convert mp4 to avi.

Hey snags I ended up using this http://download.cnet....-2194_4-10638108.html because I already had the videos saved, and amazingly it actually worked. Let me know if you want the proceeds and I'll send it to you. Its a band called Creature With the Atom Brain, new album The Birds Fly Low. I've been trying to but it for two months with no luck so eventually got it off youtube.
