Have you looked on the boiler to see if there's a dial with a tap (?) symbol next to it ??
Altering this will increase the hot water flow, but will decrease the water temp slightly ...... I think :P

There are many sellers on ebay offering a DVD containing 1,000’s of boiler manuals (in pdf), this one has such an offering at £2.49 (free postage).

I note that the manual says 'A flow restrictor is fitted within the appliance which limits a hot water delivery rate to a maximum of 18 (±15%) litres/minute.
The restrictor is removed by the installer if a cistern feed hot water system is installed.'
