Amplifier picking up TV sound Radio sound

I have an amplifier which I can switch to Radio,Television,Sky, CD,DVD,when I switch to Radio the sound of the television is coming through,this happens when the TV is on (Ilike to watch Football on Sky and listen to Radio 5 live for commentary) Any Ideas please

I'm not technical, have you tried muting the sound on the TV? If the TV is not sending anything to your amp it can't interfere.
