No - I'm sure I saw somewhere on one of Ed's recent edicts that the Site Rules say that even if a person is deactivated (rather than banned), your postings remain.

Answerbank is a bank of answers. If answers could be removed it would reduce its usefulness

You may no longer 'need' them - but AB is not a private Q&A forum, it's public. The Q&A remain of interest to others who have similar queries.

Yes I know there's an awful lot of dross as well, but sorting that out from the good stuff is an impossible task
