marks caused by childs car seat

I have a childs seat in my car for my granddaughter. They are leather seats and it has dented the seat in my car .

If I take the childs seat out, will the dents come out eventually. I have now put a protector under the childs seat but a bit like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.

If the leathers not streched too much it will come out in time, depends how bad it is!
