Beko washing machine

Does anyone have a Beko A+A class 5kg washing machine? I am trying to select the spin only cycle but it will not cooperate. No matter what buttons I push, have tried switching off then on again, pressing the cancel button and starting again it persists in going on to a wash cycle. Please help before I go nuts!!!

ours is a Beko and to spin only yo turn dial to spin and then,press the small button that sets the spin speed,then turn on,hope this helps

Thank you! Trouble is that there's nothing specific in the manual and I try all sorts of different combinations of things so that if I do manage to get it to spin I've no idea what actually did it!!

What is the full model number? It should be something like 3 letters(WM?) followed by 3 or 4 digits and then another letter.

WM5120W-- WM5120S. Found this at the top of the manual.

No,sorry it isn't, although I lived in that vicinity as a child . It's actually my mother's maiden name.
