I want to get rid of this - but am not sure who I should contact - any ideas? By the way I'm in an upstairs flat so its not just for collection as such.

Washing machine keeps breaking

I am told it has a loose drum pulley! The belt keeps falling off whilst doing a wash and so it stops spinning. Can this be fixed or is it dead?
