Washing machine hand wash

As I don't have a thermometer to hand and I'm feeling a little thick, which is cooler / more gentle on the clothes: 30 degrees on Delicates setting or the Handwash setting? Not got anything particular to wash but I was just wondering!

Many thanks

I would not think there is much difference as Handwash cycles are generally 30 degrees, it should tell you in handbook.
