I am moving house soon and would like to take my Bay tree with me. It has been in my garden for 10 years. Any advice for its removal would be appreciated.

It can - but you will need to take the whole root ball with you and it will be much bigger than you probably think!
Make sure you dont damage the main tap root - and be as careful as poss with the smaller roots.. Re-plant as soon as you can and water well
And make sure you make it clear it's not included in the price!
