I recently got a free tool accessory kit, full of drill bits etc.

In the kit are 5 "screw finders" - plastic cylindrical, about 1-2 inches long, with a spring inside.

Anyone know how they're used - I'm sure there's soomething glaringly obvious that I'm missing.

Thanks.

A "screw finder" is a finger saver! You load the screw into the widget and apply pressure to where you want the screw to go and then use a drill to drive it into place. My buddy Vixwilly who does the song "Lets Screw" showed me.
