Which is best metal or wood?

aluminium

I have fitted several and the metal alluminium I consider better for the simple reason that they are lighter to handle. They in general take up less space in the loft area as well.

Thanks very much both I thought that then 2 friends said wood were better and I thought again will go ahead with
