Steam Iron

I have a Vaporella Inox 300R steam generator iron made by polti. But the steam function is not working,Does anyone know where i can get this repaired? Preferably Leicestershire/warwickshire/staffordshire area

Unfortunately, you seem to live in one of the few areas of the country where there's not an authorised repair agent. However, there's a nationwide 'collect & repair' service which might help:
