Plant care

I have a small, but lovely, purple Cordyline and a few weeks ago, the leaves started to droop and lose their stiffness. I have a larger one nearby in the same environment which is thriving.

Can someone inform me the cause of this droopiness and hoe the situation can be rectified, please?

Cordyline, especially the purple one, can rot from the centre. If its brown and 'mushy', its time for a replacement.
