Egret orchid

I have grown these for the first time this year. - indoors As a very green gardener, can anyone please tell me how to look after them during the winter. I have them on a cool north-facing windowsill at present - do I still water them or leave them to dry out? When do I start to encourage them to grow again?
Any help gratefully received.
