looks like we have birds in a hole in the roofing. What steps do we take

Genius - I was thinking more if there are eggs in a nest up there. What is our position for moving the eggs???

If there are no eggs but a nest take out the nest and block it up.If there are eggs i would leave it for a while a couple of months until they have left.

The legal position is: you cannot touch any wild bird eggs unless their presence could be deemed a health hazard.

If you can tolerate them for a couple of months, I would do that!!

Feeding Garden Birds

Is it ok to give birds cooked unsalted rice? I have a lot left over but don't want to harm them as they are feeding chicks at the moment.
