conservatory lighting

what kind of lighting have you got in your conservatory and is it attached to the wall?
Is there a modern alternative to flourescent lighting?

You can have ridge lights and also they do fans with lights now, what type of conservatory have you got? is it a lean to or have you got a conservatory with a ridge?

it's a lean to type, but very big. One side is our office and needs brightish lighting and the other end is a seating area and needs to be more ambient -if you will.
We had a small flourescent before against the top of the wall. I just wondered if they made nicer looking fl. strip so i don't feel like i'm sat in A&E!
