1. Is there an error code showing like for example A01or A15 ???

2. Have turned off the electricty to the boiler, waited ten mins then power back on & pressed the reset button ???

3. Is it due a service (12 months or longer since instalation or last service) ??? If so it probably just needs a service & the ionisation probe cleaning .
