Going to install a UPVC porch on a slab footing to save work (digging footings) and that the slab will be ample for the weight of the porch.

I've now noticed that i have a sewer pipe from the house running a few feet under ground ,which might run under the corner of the slab and then into a manhole .Will this pose any problems with any of the regs?.Want to get out of this as easy as possible.

No. Sewer pipes run under buildings everywhere. Since plastic soil pipes were installed inside buildings (not just those sometimes ugly cast iron downpipes you see on old old buildings) the pipes run out under the slab of a modern building anyway. The rules are, there should be access when there is a bend in the pipe for rodding. If you are not covering a manhole up, there is no problem.
