Pump To Improve Pressure On Shower Unit

The water pressure on our wall mounted IDEAL ALTO ECOTHERM shower valve is poor. Any advice on which type of pump (Brand name or power) would be best to improve the pressure would be appreciated. Also, is it a easy job to install the pump and how long might it take.

When I was researching a pump some 20 years ago, the impression I got was that Stuart Turner made some of the best. I don't know if there are better ones, but I never regretted installing that one.

As with most plumbing jobs, how easy or hard it is depends on the access you have. If you have space to put the pump next to existing pipework and a power source it shouldn't take long at all for someone who is handy with pipework - 2 or 3 hours perhaps.
