Help Needed With A Quiz! All Answers Are Place Names In Cheshire!

Right guys I need some help so get your thinking caps on!
I am doing a competition!
All the answers are names of place's in CHESHIRE, but I am stuck on the last few.
Can you HELP?
1. Sounds Like Bravery.
2. Fast Humour.
3. Wither Shall We Wander.
4. French Ladies In Deep Water.
5. Tree Stationary.
6. Deep Moods.
7. Fortified Mound, Amateur Actor.
8. Wade Across In Hot Weather.
Just to give you a quick example of some of the answers that I already Have got:-
A. Curve,Cover,Colour is Arclid Green
B. Hog Ravine Is Wildboarclough
C. Detective in Sanctuary is Holmes Chapel.
D. Celibate Wasteland is Monks Heath.

Fast Humour:- I was thinking Rushton Spencer as in rush is fast and Frank Spencer was Humorous! Seems a rather tenuous link though!

Fast Moods :- Answer is Rushton Spencer ( Rush as in fast and Herbert Spencer was the author of the Humour Theory!)
