Any Recommendations For A Domestic Carpet Cleaner, Not A Vacuum Cleaner.

It will get a fair bit of use due to having 3 rather large dogs, so we are looking at a mid range type that actually does what it says on the tin.

Pet hair is a begger to cope with and I am not really sure if a carpet cleaner will be up to the job.

Bissell make excellent carpet shampooers. Don’t bother getting the ones that heat the water, not only do they cost more but the internal heater gets blocked and makes the shampooer fail early.

Ratter I can thoroughly recommend this VAX Carpet Shampoo machine. I have dogs here and it gets the dog hairs up better than my Miele Cat & Dog and that's saying something! The bottles of Vax Shampoo are quite expensive but you can buy them more cheaply on Amazon and the smell is lovely so I do intend to stick with the Vax own brand. It brings the carpet up beautifully.
