You can buy vents which allow air to flow between them
It is so because the sealing keeping the gap from the rest of the world has broken down and damp air is getting in. The only solution is to replace the panel.
Can't be effectively fixed, the seal has broken, you'll need a new one as New Judge says.
Dinger look at the thread below this one. There is a suggestion in there of how to try to fix it.
Sorry, ignore my suggestion, I was thinking of condensation on the inside not in between
When double glazed units are made, a desiccant is used to absorb any moisture from the air inside the unit.
When the unit fails (all it takes is a very small hole to form somewhere along the seal), moist air gets into the unit and this usually forms condensation in between the 2 panes of glass.
I suppose (theoretically speaking), if you could find the hole (bear in mind it might be so small, that it's not visible), you could inject some more desiccant into the hole and then seal the hole back up.
Me personally ...... I'd replace the unit.
Just replaced a unit, it cost £70 including fitting. Don't know the exact size though.
there are companies who claim to be able to repair (look on youtube) but im not convinced and a new unit is not always as expensive as you think if you source it yourself and to be fair within the realms of a competent DIYer to fit.
This happened to me and I just had one pane of glass replaced, not the whole unit and it was several years ago now and no problems since.
