What do you want to clean? I've got one to do my filthy disgusting floors (two big mudplugger dogs) and Its easier than mopping and the floors dry faster. You need more than one mophead (many more if you have dogs like mine) BUT if your floors get as filthy as mine there is sometimes a problem with keeping the mophead on the steamer.
The ads don't show steamers cleaning really filthy stuff!!

I need to clean everything from hard floors and carpet to window frames and the cooker.
carpet, no. they freshen and will kill dust mites and so on but they don't clean. Cooker, heck no. Hard floors, as I said. Windows no, they just leave a smeary mess.
best window cleaning gizmo I have seen is this one
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

You wash the windows with the dilute solution then the karcher gizmo dries it off sear free. My darling dogs put their muddy paws and snotty noses up my windows and french windows (3 sets) and this cleans them off easily and leaves them shiny and smear free....and no I don't own shares.
