Condensation problem.

Got a condensing tumble drier last year to replace normally vented one - had serious condensation/mould problems ever since. Any ideas for a practical solution? Was thinking some sort of extractor using the old hole in the wall? any advice welcome.

No expert, but it sounds like it isn't condensing properly, and letting steam out into the room. Maybe it need repairing ?

An extracted fan should help with the symptoms but doesn't fix the cause. But maybe you'd find that enough ?
I am on my second condensing tumble dryer(two different makes) with no condensation issues at all. I think you have a malfunction here.
My condensing dryer (Siemens) doesn't cause me any trouble. I think you may have a duff dryer.
