Tightening Sunglasses

Someone has given me a pair of Lafont Paris sunglasses but the arms are too loose. As they were expensive, would an optician be able to make them tighter so they don't keep falling off?

Just go and ask them.
Theoretically yes but many will charge you a stupid price to do it.
Some opticians (and some pound shops) have a tiny glasses repair kit with teeny tiny screwdriver in it - you could have ago yourself with one of them.
I have found Boots Opticians very helpful and will do it for free even though the specs/sunglasses hadn't been bought from them. Good luck!

I have now asked in two opticians and they both said they can't guarantee that the arms won't break. Apparently they have to melt the arms, its not just a case of tightening the screws, so looks like they will be left as they are. thanks anyway ABers :)
