Loft Insulation

I'm getting recorded phone calls saying "Our records show you have not claimed your free loft insulation." A check on 1471 says, "You were called at ..... We do not have the caller's number to return the call." Do others have this experience? I wonder if the calls are genuine and whose records the caller is referring to.

Yes, often several times in a day. They aren't genuine in that they don't know anything about you and are relying on you to pay for a phone call so they can sell you their goods.

Thanks Mosaic. I'm wondering if any readers have actually agreed to insulation work following one of these phone calls - and was it satisfactory.
